For participants registered before February 25, MOLCAS will make the hotel reservation and cover the costs for maximum 3 nights stay (April 3 - 6).

Any extra nights should be arranged directly with the hotel. It is advised to do the booking by e-mail or phone and mention the MOLCAS reservаtion number provided in the registration confirmation e-mail. The price is 62,45 Euro/night for a single room or 77,45 Euro/night for a double room, both prices including breakfast.

Please note that in case of cancellation after February 25 Lund University might send you an invoice for 60 EUR/night.
