Welcome to the home page of the
Twelfth Edition of the Conference Quantum Chemistry in Belgium (QCB12)
The Quantum Chemistry and Physical Chemistry division of the Chemistry Department at KU Leuven is proud to host this Edition, which will take place on Tuesday 16th February, 2016 at the Heverlee Campus of KU Leuven. This edition will be chaired by Kristine Pierloot and Jeremy Harvey.
This conference aims at providing an overview of the research activities of the different Belgian groups active in the field of theoretical and computational chemistry. To this end, there will be presentations given by representatives of all of the Belgian universities. Furthermore, a poster session will organized to allow a complete and broad overview of all research topics.
It is also a tradition that internationally renowned speakers are invited to this conference to present to deliver a lecture. It is an honour and a pleasure to announce that Professors Leticia González (Universität Wien, Austria) and Damien Laage (Ecole Normale Supérieure, Paris, France) have agreed to deliver a plenary lecture at the this conference.
